Your data stays on your phone
Workouts, the pool's history, journal notes, and settings live on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, and no Lido servers — nothing is uploaded anywhere. If your iPhone is backed up (iCloud or computer), Lido's data is included in that backup like any app's, under Apple's terms, not ours.
No tracking of any kind
Lido contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporters, and no third-party code that phones home. The app makes no network requests of its own.
Sharing a workout shares only that workout
When you share a workout, the program itself — exercise names, sets, durations — is encoded directly inside the link or file you send. It goes from your phone to whoever you send it to, and never passes through a server we run. Your history is stripped before it travels; only the program goes.
This website
These pages are static files hosted on GitHub Pages, with no analytics or cookies of ours. GitHub may log standard technical request data (like IP addresses) per the GitHub Privacy Statement. If a shared workout link opens here as a web page, the workout is decoded in your browser — the part of the link that carries it is never sent to any server.
Deleting your data
Delete a workout or logbook entry in the app to remove it. Delete the app to remove everything Lido ever stored.
Changes and contact
